Hydra Dynamix exists to make agent work hold together over time. We build the underlying tools, use them on our own systems, and keep the resulting evidence close to the next engineering decision.

History
The work has moved through decentralized agent memory, codebase understanding, workflow orchestration, service protocols, and long-horizon project control.
That path produced different systems, but the recurring failure was the same: capable models lost the state needed to continue difficult work.
